Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Glonixstar, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
• Once the order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof (images or videos) is provided for verification

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Glonixstar.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Requests made after the allowed reporting period
• Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
• Items purchased on clearance or special sale (unless defective)

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

5. Service-Based Orders (If Applicable)

• Once a service has started or been delivered, no refunds will be issued
• If a service is canceled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the work completed
